Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment and confirmation from the insurer, customers will receive their insurance cover note in digital format.

Delivery methods include:

• WhatsApp (where applicable)

Fulfilment Timeline

Digital insurance cover notes are typically issued and delivered within 1 hour after payment is successfully completed.

In certain cases, fulfilment time may vary due to insurer processing requirements or system verification. Customers will be notified if any additional information is required.

No physical documents are shipped or delivered for purchases made through our platform.
